Freggers is an online-world. Players have the task to change and develop their appearance and apartment.

We guard and administer this game to the best of our abilities. Nevertheless we cannot guarantee a completely safe environment. The internet is not a babysitter!

Basically, children are always in danger of being overwhelmed by media. For the same reason that it is recommended that you choose TV programs together with your children and watch these programs together, we recommend that children, especially under the age of 14, do not surf the web or visit chats on their own - once in a while, accompany your children on the internet and, if possible, always be in calling distance when your child is online.

Please show your child how to use the report button so that we can help in case the child is being molested. Your child should always talk to you about such incidents.

• On every user profile there is a "report user to the support" link.
• You can also find a "Add to ignore list" function on every profile, to prevent a user from contacting your child.
• In case of harrassment by mail you can forward the mail to our support team via the "Report messages to the support" button.
• You can always send an e-mail to info@freggers.de in order to report a user. Please give the name of the user as well as the date and the approximate time when the incident took place.

Cost

Freggers is generally free to play. We do, however, offer some additional services, which require payment, to make the game easier or to speed up progress. These services can in part be paid via telephone or cellphone. Please talk to your child in order to prevent them from secretly taking your cellphone or using your phone to pay for these services, but always ask for your permission. Aditionally you can have your telephone provider block those services.
